Structure of the seminar
"The many examples are practical and I learned so much for my own project and implemented it straight away," said one participant. The seminar consists of 3 - 4 sessions that look at an IT potential analysis as a treasure hunt, a cost estimation room session, a business case presentation and finally the controlling of costs and benefits during and after the project. Everything is well structured in 8 steps of the overall ROI process circle, partly by using +Benefit software for free.
This seminar will enable you to design, manage and master your IT projects in a measurably and more economical way.

The seminar takes place every 2 months in one of the SEMINARIS hotels on the right and thus also once a year in your neighbourhood. This shortens your own journey.

There you will also find our all-in prices, i.e. for 15 participants all drinks, catering during the breaks and a healthy lunch in the conference hotel are already included. In addition, you can receive our advanced training certificate, which identifies you as a certified IT cost-benefit manager. To do this, run our online test with questions for each day of the seminar. We will then send you your individual certificate with the number of points you achieved by post later - along with a personal thank-you letter .
And at the end of the year, the participants with the highest score will receive the award as IT Cost-Benefit Manager 2024 from all participants in 2024, in a media-effective manner in cooperation with our partners.
